 Discover the face of excitement to identify it and restore calm !

There are moments of excitement that are wonderful to experience, like a birthday party with friends or an exciting outing. However, there are also moments when excitement can be unpleasant, such as at bedtime, or after having too much sugar.

By identifying and verbalizing this state of excitement, you take the first step in finding resources to go back to a serene and calm state.

We recommend associating excitement with the faces of fatigue and sleep (available in the sleep pack), surprise, and pride.

The face adheres to the companion of emotions using a velcro patch (the companion of emotions is not included with the face).

 

Entretien
